Zumba is a fun, aerobic form of dance exercise, with classes led by Ele of Ele Dance Fitness. The perfect class if you’re looking to keep fit and active, for all levels including beginner.

 

Zumba class every Thursday evening, 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Join Ele for a fun, aerobic exercise class. Suitable for every body and every level.

Ele Dance Fitness offers Zumba classes on Thursday evenings and Clubbercise on Friday evenings. Perfect if you fancy working out and having fun at the same time. Ele makes exercise fun, and not a chore. She promises classes for you to laugh, sweat, burn calories, improve your flexibility and strength.

Ele says, “Whether your goal is to lose weight or to keep yourself active… Whether you want to meet new people or keep in touch with good friends… Or you just need a good excuse to get out and enjoy good vibes. Then come join my next class.”

Price

£5 per Zumba class. Loyalty cards – come to 5 classes and get 1 class free.
