YoPi is a combination of Pilates, Core and Basic Yoga moves put to music in a low impact way. That means no bouncing about, and no unnecessary pressure on your muscles and joints.
The classes are run by Lynn of Yfit40 on Tuesdays from 5.30 to 6.15pm
Classes are £5 each and run in a 6 week block. Discount available if you combine this class with the Beginners Pilates class, immediately afterwards.
Please book as spaces are limited and this is needed to ensure mats and spaces are correctly set up for you.
