Drop-in class (or book your space) with Evanna Yoga. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. You will learn a series of postures (asanas) which you can use in your own practice at home, as well as breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.

About this yoga class

This class is suitable for all levels of experience. For those familiar with yoga, this is a Hatha-style class, with the asana is generally a grounding vinyasa (flow) practice inspired by traditional sun salutations. Evanna adapts each yoga posture to suit everyone individually. As well as asanas (postures), Evanna introduces simple pranayama practices (breath work), philosophy, chanting, relaxation and meditation. These elements combine to help develop a solid home practice from within a guided session.
