Brilliant for combating stress and relaxing the mind and body. It’s not just about getting rid of those knots or for super-sporty people. It’s a great way to boost your circulation and lymph system and to lift your mood.


A very calming foot treatment. It’s a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to points on the feet which represent different areas on the body. In doing so, the treatment promotes general health and wellbeing as well as addressing specific issues. You remain fully clothed for this treatment.

Traditional Japanese Reiki

Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. The effect is relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Indian Head Massage

Aseated treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, face, neck, and shoulders. It’s extremely relaxing and great for beginners to massage. Bliss!

Shiatsu Massage

This treatment works through manipulation of the body, working deep into your muscles. It provides ultimate stress relief and deep relaxation. Shiatsu works with the body’s vital energy, known as ‘chi’. Using pressure to stimulate the energy channels, shiatsu aims to unblock any stuck chi (energy) through a combination of kneading, stretching and rubbing.


An ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. You are guided through a series of postures and breathing exercises. Yoga gives you the time and space to connect with yourself, to stretch, relax, and BE.

Deep Relaxation and Sound Bath

There will be a limited number of spaces/mats for our deep relaxation and sound bath sessions. Complete bliss!
