Beginner Adult Ballet Classes

Our new beginner adult ballet class in Kelso is held every Wednesday evening from 7:20-8:05pm.

Did you take ballet as a child and now you’re itching to get those dancing shoes back on? Or maybe ballet is brand new to you, and you would like to try out a new skill…Come and join us for this friendly and relaxed class!

We will work through simple ballet movement, both at the barre and in the centre, focusing on learning and refining some of the basics of classical ballet technique. The class will develop technique, improve your coordination and posture, whilst increasing balance, strength and flexibility! The class’s main aim will be about enjoying the freedom of dancing to some beautiful music, having fun and connecting with others in the community.
