Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the clinic is closed until further notice. Some of our brilliant teachers are offering online classes – please have a look at their Facebook pages for details.

Kelso Health & Wellness usually has some brilliant weekly classes in yoga, pilates, callanetics and barre concept. Check out the timetable below – these classes will re-start once the Coronavirus crisis is over. Classes, workshops and events are held in fantastic studio space inside our historic Corn Exchange building. You’ll find high ceilings and enough room to stretch out.

YoPi is a combination of Pilates, Core and Basic Yoga moves put to music in a low impact way. That means no bouncing about, and no unnecessary pressure on your muscles and joints. These classes are run by Lynn of Yfit40. Please book your space in advance.

beginners pilates Beginners Pilates
Tuesdays, 6.30-7.30pm

If you are new to pilates, or new to exercise at all, this is a great place to start. Lynn leads a beginners level pilates class in the studio at Kelso Health & Wellness. Booking required!

male pilates class piladdies Piladdies
Wednesdays, 7.15-8.15pm

Piladdies is a pilates class for men only. It’s very popular, and booking is essential.

yoga in Kelso Yoga with Evanna
Thursdays, 6.30-8.00pm

Drop-in class (or book your space) with Evanna Yoga. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. You will learn a series of postures (asanas) which you can use in your own practice at home, as well as breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.
