Kelso Health & Wellness is the venue for some brilliant weekly classes in yoga, pilates, callanetics and barre concept. Check out the timetable below to find out what’s restarted in recent weeks. We expect that some other classes will return in 2021 (i.e. when social distancing allows). Classes, workshops and events are held in fantastic studio space inside our historic Corn Exchange building. You’ll find high ceilings and enough room to stretch out.
