Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful hands-on therapy. Di Letts uses light touch to stimulate the body’s own self-healing abilities. Di also offers remedial massage, helping to resolve muscle and tendon complaints.

 

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful hands-on therapy which uses light touch to stimulate the body’s own self-healing abilities. Di Letts has been a practicing CST for 20 years with a background in massage and chiropractic. 

Di’s special areas of interest are working with musculoskeletal conditions and chronic health conditions that may be stress-related. She also has experience working with mums and babies/children including through clinics she has held in Edinburgh (where Di also works).
