About Us

Kelso Health & Wellness is a collection of independent health and wellness practitioners running clinics and classes in the centre of Kelso in the Scottish Borders. We are based at The Corn Exchange. It’s a wonderfully historic building which has been fully renovated to provide treatment rooms and studios.

We offer appointments in podiatry and chiropody, counselling, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, hearing tests and care, massage, reiki and more. In addition, Kelso Health & Wellness is also a venue for regular and one-off classes. These include barre concept, callanetics, pilates, yoga, fitness, dance, mental health discussions and wellness classes.
